Rellena y firma el Formulario Expediente Siniestros, adjunta los documentos y envíalo a [email protected], por correo postal o en persona (Avda. de los Toreros 3, 28028 Madrid), o llama al 900 20 10 40. El plazo es de 7 días y el estado se sigue en MyMetLife.
