What data we process and why: the details you give us in the quote forms on this site and on presupuesto.agaser.top (name, phone, email, your enquiry and, if you send them, your identity document and the documents of what you want to insure) to prepare your quote and contact you; and, if you are a client, your policies, receipts and claims to manage them and assist you by phone, email or WhatsApp. Along with your request we store which ad or link brought you here (campaign and, if you come from Google Ads, its click identifier) to know which advertising works.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and performance of your insurance contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and compliance with insurance mediation and tax obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Recipients: the insurers we ask for a quote or with whom you take out your policy, and public authorities where required by law. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Processors: our servers and backups are in the European Union (Germany; encrypted backups in Cloudflare R2 under EU jurisdiction). Notification emails are sent through Resend (USA) under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We measure visits with Umami, a self-hosted cookieless analytics tool that does not identify you.

Retention: if you ask for a quote and do not take out a policy, we delete your data and documents 12 months after the last activity on your request. If you are a client, we keep them for as long as the relationship lasts and then, blocked, for the limitation periods set by law.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
