Para autorizaciones, llama a Atención al Cliente (900 159 000 o 915 632 000) o escribe al WhatsApp 680 196 369 para obtener el número de autorización, que se anota en el volante y se presenta el día de la prueba; plazo máximo de 72 h con la documentación completa. El teléfono de urgencias 24 h está en el dorso de la tarjeta.
